    Hello guys,

I am moving an old website to WordPress. I have imported a lot of data, about 20,000 posts, into WordPress with WP All Import plugin. I have also imported SEO related data. What I want is to be able to generate an analysis report of all the post present in my site and export it in the form of a file to analyze further. If exporting to a file is not possible then at least being able to see how many posts are in the red zone, orange and green zones will be helpful.

Is that possible with Yoast SEO plugin?

    Thank You.

  • Yes,

You can go to SEO->Tools->File Editor->Export Keywords and you will be able to output via CSV file a document which will show the scores of the posts/pages.

File Editor allows me to edit Robot.txt and .htaccess. It doesn’t let me export anything.

    Hi,

My apologies. I mean SEO-Tools-Import Export-Export Keywords. This image shows more: https://pasteboard.co/GNfUomY.png

    Hi,

Our apologies once more. Yes, the ability to export keywords along with their scores for analysis is available in the premium version. You can learn more about the plugin including how to purchase it, if desired, here: https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/.?

Thanks a lot for your replies!

Also, after importing the data for keywords, SEO title and descriptions in the posts, I still see unavailable on the main screen as shown here:

All these posts have keywords available. The scores update only when I reupdate each post. Is there anyway I can see results for all the posts without having to update them first?

While we’re unable to confirm why the SEO scores are not showing the results in the overview page without re-updating the posts, we know that it’s not expected.

So, can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:
    1. Check for conflicts.
    2. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.
