Exported feed doesn't contain all items.

I am attempting to load, cache, and export one RSS feed (the original feed has a limit on how many times per day I can pull it, so I’m using my WP site as an intermediary to allow repeated access to the content.)
When I pull the feed from the source I’m getting 86 items, as expected. When I use the ‘Export Feeds’ option to output the feed, only 20 items are in the feed. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere? How do I get all of the available items from the imported RSS to come back out again?
