Hi, I have exported some forms from my staging site to the live site.
These are visible in the backend + when I press preview.

However these are not visible on the front end.
Shortcodes are still the same number so I am positive about that.

Creating a new form, does display.
Zero warnings, or errors in the console.
All plugins, WordPress, theme’s are up to date.
Issue still there when I disable all other plugins and host the standard WordPress theme.

How do I fix these exported forms please?

Due to NDA I am unable to disclose the website url.

    Hello @vi54

    Hope you’re doing well today!

I tried to replicate the issue by exporting the form from my test site and importing it to another test site, however, I was unable to replicate the issue that you are facing.

Just to clarify a bit on the Shortcode part, when you import the form to a different site, the shortcode may not be necessarily the same. Have you already tried copying the imported form shortcode and adding it to a page to check if the form is visible?

Also, to check if the issue is related to some caches, can you please visit the page where you’ve added the form on incognito/private mode on the browser and see if that helps?

Additionally, you can also test by adding additional /?nocache=true params to the end of the page URL which should essentially render the page without caches and check if the form is visible.

If that does not help, If you’re still facing the same problem after trying out these potential solutions, please share an export of the example form with us, so that we can check further. If the form contains any sensitive information please feel free to remove it.

You can find more info on how to export the form here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

After exporting, please share the code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

Please always make sure to use such a service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Awaiting your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh
