Exporter Deluxe – How to export cost of goods

WooCommerce Cost of Goods 2.6.0Store Exporter Deluxe is supposed to be compatible with the Woocommerce Cost of Goods plugin (by Skyverge) but I cannot find the cost of goods field anywhere to export. At Visser Labs states: ‘In almost all cases you don’t need to do a thing, the new export fields appear automatically on the WooCommerce > Store Export > Quick Export screen.’ but obviously you have to do a thing because nothing shows up.
I am at Export Orders|Quick Export but the cost of goods field does not show up anywhere.
How do I activate that field so I can export it? Nothing in the documentation. Nothing on this forum, nothing anywhere if I google. I’ve spent a frustrating hour trying to find how to do it.
Also, the Visser Labs website mentions upgrading to the Pro version. But I paid for the upgrade and mine is called the Deluxe. Is the Pro version something different or has the website just not been updated?
