exporter toute les soumissions

Hope you are doing fine!

Currently, you can download all the submissions for each form by accessing the Forminator > Submissions, then selecting a form and then clicking on the “Export” button. Could you provide some more information of the steps you′d expect to follow when downloading all the submissions?

Any additional information will be very helpful for our development team to evaluate including the functionality.

yes for each form but if i want to export all soumissions for all form it’s actually not possible…

It could be very useful when we want to follow up leads month per month in selecting the date.

I got the point but, I’m afraid, it’s not possible currently to export submissions from all the forms “in one go”.

It would require entirely custom export code (which is out of the scope of this support) or a new feature to be added to plugin.

However, CSV export can be “automated” and while it still would be separate for each form, you can set a schedule for those export (for each one) to have them automatically exported (and e-mailed to you) e.g. every week or month or even daily.

This is still set of separate files but at least no need to go through all the forms manually to export them and, I suppose, those exported files could possibly be “merged” then using some spreadsheet app. I agree it’s not an ideal scenario but I though I suggest it as it may make things at least slightly easier…

hi, thanks for your answer. yes but i prefer copy and past in my sheet with other leads, receipt them by email would be not the solution.

It could be better than the forminator’s team develop this feature, it’s easy i think to add that.

I would also like to chip in and suggest that you could also consider integrating Google Sheets and check whether that would help in such cases too.

However, it’ll only work for newer submissions and now for existing form submissions.
