From the beginning I was impressed with how easy the software was to use. I had no idea how to create a feed, but the software guided me through the entire process and made it simple. On the few occasions that I needed support, the staff at exportfeed.com was very prompt in their replies and very helpful. i was also able to have custom feeds made for amazon and jet.com. All I can say is positive things about my experience with their plugin and service.
