Export/import

Hello. I have BLOG in my own hosting (WP.org), and I wrote BLOG in WP.com, now I want to transfer my database (.xml) from WP.com into my own hosting. But then I open .xml with browser, it droping my an error: https://img518.imageshack.us/img518/5053/snipshote41gep0rv74iur9.jpg
And then I trying to upload it into my own BLOG, then nothing happens (look here: https://img101.imageshack.us/img101/822/karolismatuseviiusimporky3.png)
Then im trying to import, uploaded file renames into wordpress.2007-06-06xml, removes the dot. It should be wordpress.2007-06-06.xml
What I need to do ? Help me.
