Exporting 1 multisite to web

Hello,

I have a question about the multisite functionality. I currently have about 5 sites which run locally. But one of them is ‘finished’ and I want to export it so I can put it online. Can anyone guide me through this proces? When I look in the database I get confused because there are WP_1 / WP_2 tables and I know these are from the different sites but I am not sure what happends if I export them all or if I exclude one.
