Exporting

    Personally I prefer to export them from the WP databse via phpMyAdmin
    It should be done through the webhotels admin/control panel.

    When entered the right server and database, it should looks like this:

    My user interface is in Danish language, sorry ??

    Rehak’s option is a good one.

    You can also export the module that contains the desired redirects.

    From the WP Dashboard:
    Tools: Redirection
    Then ‘Modules’ along the top
    Hover over the desired module and choose the desired export method.
