Exporting and importing content

Hoping someone can help. I have a new WordPress website. I exported a ton of content from old/current site last week and imported into the new website-posts, pages, media. Now I have more content to export/import (a weeks worth of posts, pages, media files). If I export/import the recent content from the last week…will I overwrite all the content that I imported last week?
