    Hi there,

    I am developing a new website to replace an existing one which is currently “live” and when I started developing the new website I cloned the original website which also included the customer information and orders.

    Since that point the original live ecommerce website now has many more customer information and orders to be exported into the new website and what I would like to know is if I export the customer information and order information from the original website to the new website will it overwrite the existing customer information and order information that is there?

    Is it best to delete all the customer information and order information on the new website first? And how can this be done quickly?

    I am using these two WooCommerce plugins:
    Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite
    WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export

    Also are there any good tutorials regarding how to use these plugins?

    I understand that you are using the two premium plugins: Customer/Order/Coupon CSV Import Suite and WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export on your site to export and import customers and orders information.

    The support you receive when you purchase Premium paid WooCommerce plugins is very disappointing. I should not have had to send a second support request after not receiving a reply to the first on your official Woocommerce support channel.

    I only posted here on this forum out of desperation because the official support is so bad.

    Hi Igor,

    I assume that I would only have a Support Ticket Number when I have received a reply to my request for help? I sent my first ticket on Wednesday and then I opened another ticket when I got no response with the same request for help. So that is two support tickets I created but I have had no response at all so I do not have any information about the support tickets.

    I just saw your reply. I have opened two tickets the first one on Wednesday and I have had no replies from your support team. The service is very disappointing and very poor from a company with WooCommerce’s reputation.

    I submitted a third support request today and I got an automatic reply. Can someone please chase this up for me? I first contacted your support four days ago and I am still waiting for a reply after three support requests.
