Exporting Blogroll Links

I am trying to export links and get this error message when I type in the URL:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: https://golfforethegood.org/wp-links-opml.php
Line Number 5, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″?>

I have access via ftp to the wp-links-opml.php file but am not sure where to edit it to correct this. File content below.
