    Hi,
we are using your podcast on one website, which is undergoing redesign. Once the redesign is finished, the whole site will be updated, including the database. We have quite a few podcasts served by your plugin and do not want to lose this data and re-enter it manually to the new website. Is there some way to export the data and then import it again to the new website?
    Thank you.

Hi there. There shouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary as it pertains to SSP that wouldn’t be covered by normal export/import functionality of the built in WordPress tools, or migration tools that you might use like Duplicator, etc.

    Thank you Craig.

If I use WordPress default export tools, it will export everything from the site. I only want to export the data added to the podcast plugin because the rest of the content (posts, pages, menus, etc) will be different. This is why I cannot just pull the database and import it to the new website.

Is there a way to export the podcasts data only?

Yes, with the built in export functionality in WordPress you can export just the Podcast custom post types if that’s what you’re using on your site.
