Exporting is not working

    Hi there,

    We are making use of the automatic Gravity Forms exporter but our leads from our form is not exporting and shows zero but when we go look on the back end we actually do have entries?

    Hi @kassandrasass,

    I’m not sure what you mean by automatic Gravity Forms exporter. The closest thing this plugin currently has as automation, is a single entry as an Excel file appended to the a specific notification.

    Just to be sure, this plugin is not Gravity Forms, but an add-on that exports to Excel. If that is what you mean, then apologies for making sure :-).

    If you just mean the download url and it does download the file with headers, but without entries; the page is probably cached by a caching plugin.
