Exporting large amount of data issue

    Hi, I am trying to export the Customer Source Data to CSV but have an issue with more than 3000 orders – think the server may be timing out. I have increased the max_execution_time to 240 seconds but without success.

    Is there a way to export in smaller sets?

    @lightwavin there is a text box where you could enter the number of recent orders to export. this is the only limiting feature we have for now.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    Perhaps a feature request would be to add an offset – so the option to add the number of orders to skip before exporting?

    I have this option in an import-export orders to csv plugin and it works very well. I have also instructed the client to download at much shorter intervals, which will help going forward.
