Exporting only posts in certain categories in phpMyAdmin

  • Ok, so I want to use phpMyAdmin to:

    Export all my pages and there hierarchy…

    Export all posts in ONLY one category and its subcategories and keep that category hierarchy!

    Any one that can give me a pointer! ??
