    Support,

We’ve moved an install from one server to another (same domain)

In between the move, the databases did not sync and we missed a couple of orders.

old live site (now staging) has a few orders that were not copied over to the new server. Everything is the same.

All we want to do is select orders X Y and Z, export them and import them into the live server with the same order ID number and products associated to that order.

    Can your product do this?

I’ve done this manually but gives it a new order ID and doesn’t add the products.

    Thanks very much

  • Hi gabi_cavaller, unfortunately we do not provide a Plugin for importing Orders into an existing WooCommerce store, I’ve done as you are doing and this is migrating the Order data (including Order Item and associated Post meta) over, where there is a duplicate Order ID I recommend overriding the Post ID of the Order and Order Items with new unique ID’s well above what the WordPress table counters are currently at (e.g. 1001 becomes 10001)
