Exporting Results Issue

Using Simple Survey for a while, it’s been live for several months and used once for a quiz with over 1000 respondents – all working fine.

One of the new quizzes, however, won’t populate the Excel sheet of results when it’s downloaded. I just get a blank Excel sheet, not sure why this is happening.

Any ideas/solutions/other people running into this?
