Exporting site – menu doesn’t work

  • I’m transferring a site using WordPress’s export/import functionality. It seems that the menu isn’t transferring at all, any suggestions?

    Hi pandraka,

    I think the export functionality is just really for posts and pages, not a full site including the menu. You would either need to export the full database (using your hosting control panel) or use a plugin like Updraft Plus to assist you with moving the site over.
