    Dear Sir,

    I’ve noticed you provide outstanding support with your plugins.
    I am writing in relation to the following support link, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/tab-content-shortcode/

    I have attempted to use this code in order to pull custom tab data into the html preview of the ebay lister program.

    Unfortunatley this does not appear to work and I was wondering if it might need updating, or if I might require further information to get it working.

    Can you please advise myself, and other customers, how to get this code working so we can use our special tab data in our ebay listings.

    Ps. This is an amazing set of code, and I would love to have it working.

    What happens when you add the shortcode to your listing? Do you see the shortcode text? Does anything appear?

    I have a feeling that the ebay lister doesn’t execute shortcodes so you’re seeing the actual shortcode tag text. Can you confirm?

    Hey Kevin, Thanks for the reply.

    I can confirm that I have enlisted a setting that confirms that shortcodes are to be executed in both listing and in template.

    I can also confirm that the shortcode is being parsed, as the shortcode is now rendered successfully, and does not appear as unparsed text in the template during preview.
