exporting tickets from supportplus

we are using older version support plus 8.1 and want to move to support candy but updating the plugin wipes out any of customizations and how to transition to support candy and we want to export our tickets which is a need for our client which isn’t available through support plus, the site to download the export tickets extension for support plus is currently unavailable please kindly suggest, i have ticket opened through support candy as wel on site.
