Exporting Yoast SEO meta data

If your site has yous seo plugin then it will show automatically when you export posts.

you can direct add when import. it’s just custom fields. so you have to add in custom field section https://plugins.vjinfotech.com/wordpress-import-export/documentation/importing-custom-fields/
