Hey – I love this plugin, use the free version on many stores and the paid version on a different store. Anyway this issue is with the free version, on one particular store.

It seems to ignore large groups of orders lately, when exporting. The preview tallies the correct number of orders, but the download is missing orders.

Not using any filters other than order status. Not using any custom PHP to modify output (misc settings).

Please let me know if you have any ideas how to troubleshoot, or where to look for a cause. Thanks.

    Hello

Have you used pro option “Change order status to XXX” ?
and this status in not listed “Filter by Order”?

This combination works ok only for button “Export without progressbar”

    thanks, Alex

    Hello,

No, never used pro on this site.

Filter orders by = Order date

Filter > Order Statuses = Processing, Completed, Refunded

    That’s it, no other filtering.

However, Export without Progress Bar does seem to be the difference maker. Exporting with it provided incomplete results, whereas exporting without progress bar provides complete results.

Do you use load balancer ?

Not knowingly. Site is hosted by Flywheel, which is managed WP hosting on Google cloud platform, within a multi-site plan. So possibly.

To confirm, yes load balancing because on google cloud platform at Flywheel.

So can you try to turn on this feature ?
    https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/https#session_affinity

in this mode, all requests from same user will be served by same instance.

    Host answered:

In regards to Session Affinity, as mentioned earlier this isn’t something that we have enabled on our servers as technically it’s not something that’s needed. With the way our caching layer and load balancers have been set up, requests from the same user should be served as expected.

That being said, it’s advised that any behaviour that needs persistent requests should be stored within the database or a session based cookie.

I can only suggest to use “Export without Progress Bar”.

or switch to another export plugin ??

Okay, thanks for your efforts, I’ll use without progress bar.
