Express Checkout Allows Free Shipping

    Hello,

    First off I would like to start by thanking you for developing this plugin. It is greatly appreciated!

    We have run into an error though. People can checkout using Express Checkout without paying for shipping. They do not have to calculate shipping before the express checkout shows. So they click the button and can avoid paying shipping all together. Is there a way to hide express checkout and replace it with a text notice that tells them to calculate shipping to activate express checkout? or is there another solution? Did we not configure the plugin properly?

    When the user returns from the PayPal checkout pages they get a final review on your site, and that is when they have to choose shipping.

    I just went through a sample checkout on your site and this is what I get when I get to the return page. You can see it’s making me choose shipping before I can continue.
