    Express Checkout PayerID is missing

    No payments are going through and customers have been unable to subscribe for a few days.
    It has been working well for years and nothing has been changed on my side.

    Any advice, please?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Would you mind telling me what version of Paid Memberships Pro you are currently using?

    You may try the following –

    1. Ensure that Session variables are enabled on your host server
    2. Exclude checkout pages from any caching plugins

    Please can you also check your API credentials are correct and check your settings are correct within your PayPal account.

    The version is Version 1.9.4.

    1. How can I check that please?
    2. Those pages are excluded.

    Will double check the credentials.

    As I mentioned, it worked well for years and only just a few days ago started getting messages from my members about those problems.

    This should not happen if nothing was changed on your end, we have recently run updates but none that should affect you in terms of what we updated from our end.
