Express Payment Options Not Showing (Apple Pay/Google Pay)

I have our website on staging to test. I have all plugins but yours and WooCommerce activated. I am using Store Front for the theme. The express payment options do not show up in the cart or checkout, but they do show up just for the product (single) pages. I have all Stripe settings and domains verified. Attached are my Express Settings.
