    Hello,
    I just at a talk with an IT-Consultant at DHL here in Germany. We checked why the DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE option isn’t shown to customers with a shipping location outside of the EU.
    The problem seems to be that there is no value of goods transmitted in the API Request and thats why for outside EU locations there are no rates delivered back. It would need that value because of customs calculation. (the service code “P” applies here)
    Would it be possible to integrate the value in the request so that this service could be used?

    I know you contacted us directly, but I am sharing this information here as well.

    New version of DHL Express for WooCommerce plugin has been released, please update it to 1.5.0.

    Now you can determine the circumstances when the duties and taxes should be applied for international shipping. Consequently, appropriate DHL Express services should be available for these shipments.

    You will find the Duties & Taxes options in the DHL Express plugin settings (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping – > DHL Express).
