Expression in Redirection plugin

I am just trying to learn using expressions with this plugin and clearly am missing something. I have some 404s reported because of an old structure that contains /media/uploads/ in the path. The old path isn’t easily translated to an exact new one. What I would like to do is redirect any not found page with /media/uploads/ in it to specific page on my site.
As an example I want references like:
https://www.northprospectchurch.org/uploads/media/s010121.pdfto redirect to:
https://northprospectchurch.org/preaching/sermons_all/I’ve tried a few ways of doing it without success so far. Any help would be very much appreciated
