Exs-News Support – Delightfully helpful and insightful

Exs-news is simple, light weight, and highly adaptable to an ever changing web environment. During development, an error caused the author page to glitch out, and after some troubleshooting, it was the theme that was causing an error. After scouring the internet for some insight, I reached out to exs support and not expecting much. I went on with attending to other work.

Checked my email, after getting to my next client, no more than an hour passes, Yurii, my support guide requested for error log. I sent a snapshot and thought Yurii would mention there weren’t warnings or notices specifying the theme itself and that he couldn’t offer any help because of that.

Pleasantly surprised, after several moments from when access was granted, Yurii determined a couple of potential culprits, and several moments after that… Yurii isolates the cause of “glitch” in which an extra page was created during development.
