Extend delay hours

Hello
With the plugin, I propose two services: the first one has a duration of 2 hours and the second one has a duration of 2 hours but requires a preparation of 4 hours before. So I’d like to be able to make sure that if a person chooses 15h, then the slots between 11h and 17h are unavailable.
Is it possible with this plugin?

Yes, that can be done. Use the “padding” settings field for that purpose. See a sample in the following image:
