Extend download time for one customer

    Hi,
    I have set expire download to 4 days and one customer didn’t download her audio book in this time how can I extend the download time or send a direct link, or???

    You can send them the download link directly via the Purchase History Menu. That link doesn’t expire if I am correct.

    Hey @anweb

    The best way to do it is to use the Resend Purchase Receipt button on the purchase screen of that customer.

    Go to Downloads > Payments and localte the purchase of that customer then on the right side of purchase page use the Resend Purchase Receipt button https://prnt.sc/10pdk1e

    That will basically send a purchase notification email to the customer with a new download link. The download links genrated via EDD expire after the set duration in the Downloads > Settings > Misc > File Downloads -> Download Link Expiration setting.
