Extend search filters

There are “Enable Filters feature” and “Choose filter(s) meta to enable” options in member directory settings.

I can’t succed to setup multi-criteria search based on custom fields
I installed ACF to try but I don’t know if ist’s neccessary or how to setup ultimate member with ACF …
Please help me
