I think Lars is referring to when it jumps to an anchor after the more tag. It starts where the more…. link leaves off. You have to scroll up in order to read the entire post from the beginning.
It would be nice if there was an option to specify if more links jumped into the middle of the post or started at the top.

No, I don’t get an anchor.
What I meant was that an extended post is cut off: the text starts from where the more tag was inserted.
Is this intended behavior?

If you look at the URL you will see “#” in it. This is the anchor that I am talking about.

I “get” the anchor (I know what an anchor is, although I came across sounding as I didn’t ;).
In any case, I found the source of the problem in the readme file, which states that the second parameter of the_content() takes the following values:
0 or 1, whether you want to show the teaser message or not, when showing the complete text (default is 1)
I had mine at the default value of 1, which in this case means NO, i.e. don’t display the teaser text. My bad.
Changing it to 0 (zero) fixed the problem.
