Extended Protection getting back to basic protection after a day

Hello, I am using cloudways for my hosting. Cloudways is a managed cloud hosting server and my selected plan is on digital ocean hosting managed by cloudways. Now when I configure the firewall and set up extended protection then it loses the settings after a couple of hours or a day. Please the drive links for a screenshot. I am not sure why this happens but I tried this on multiple websites hosted on cloudways, the same issue happens every time.
