Creating website for high end bakery with click and collect service.

Want to view summary of orders showing how many of each product ordered in a particular week need to be baked for collection on Saturday.

Eg 27 croissants
35 white loaves
etc etc

Is there a plugin/extension to woocommerce which can summarise orders received between particular dates?
