Extension for events booking with commission

  • Anyone know of a WP theme that includes an extension/plugin that can be used for an events booking system. Basically it should work like this:
    – a visitor (event owner) registers to place their event or multiple events on the site
    – event is then advertised on the site
    – someone makes a booking for that event and pays for it
    – a commission is added which is kept for website owner and balance paid to event owner

    I’ve been looking and researching various ready built themes with addons but haven’t come across anything that appears to fit my requirements. I’m not sure whether this type of site is called a marketplace? Any ideas?
