We’re not elusive! The issue is that I’m handling all the programming, designing, and support on top of that–so I’m inclined to send TSF’s 100 000+ users to our documentation before they can fill up my inbox. But, once I receive an inquiry, I’ll always do my best to inform the requester as best as I can. ?? That said, you can find the link to our private contact pages in the footer, as well as in the Extension Manager’s plugin-interface.
1. The API requests/month is explained at “What’s an API-request?” on the pricing page. Implicitly, it’s there to prevent abuse far more than impose limits to the user. You shouldn’t have to worry about this, albeit a differentiating factor in the licenses.
2. All features the TSF product family boasts are listed on the same pricing page. FAQ isn’t there–here I explained why, and here you can find all structured data types TSF supports.
