Extension of every file in WP is now .needs-rebuild

  • I woke up this morning all the files on my WordPress (php, jpeg, etc) have the extension .needs-rebuild like in old cache files.

    My site is not working obviously and I think its related to WP Super Cache.

    These are files outside of the cache directory? Wow. That shouldn’t be possible. ??

    What operating system is your server? Is it a Windows server?
