Extension only for WC Vendors Pro?

Hi,

The Offers for Woocommerce – WC Vendors Extension works only with WC Vendors Pro?

If I get the Extension and I only have WC Vendors Free, do Vendors see in their Dashboard Page (i.e. the page containing the [wcv_vendor_dashboard] shortcode) the offers made for their products? I mean if the Offers would work and appear somewhere the same as it does for Buyers in My Account Dashboard, that would be awesome. That’s all I would need actually, just to have a simple “communication channel” between Buyers and Vendors, without requiring the more complex Managing Offers tab as it is for admins.

Can this be implemented easily? Any suggestions are more than welcome!
