Extensive but complicated

  • The plugin has a wide range of functions. I particularly liked the ability to offer seat selection. But the negative thing for me is that there are no user-friendly customization options for the design. You work with shortcodes that you can also use in Elementor, for example, but very limited. There are no widgets for Elementor and I also had display problems in the frontend in connection with Elementor. I find the price of $169 extremely high considering that it doesn’t work well with page builders. You have a 7-day right of return, but the support first took 3 days to answer a simple question and asked me to give access to analyze the problem. It’s well intentioned, but there wasn’t a problem at the time. I just had questions about usage. Only after I complained that my emails were not being read properly did I get answers to my questions. And there were just 3 of the 7 days gone, due to which a return is no longer accepted. I paid $169 and am now switching to another system.

    We do, however, work on style customization options for the content generated by Tickera so we will soon have many other options available for styling.

    Upon further review of the case, we found out that you’re right and therefore we have decided to reverse our decision and to issue you a refund.

    We hope this will help you reconsider using Tickera in the future and to keep an eye on the changes that will be implemented in the future updates.
