• Hello everyone, my name is Ian and I’m trying to build a website for my wedding :). It’s been a lot of fun and easy to figure out but when I went to load it to the public internet the background and header image stopped loading. I work as a network engineer so I knew I had the addressing and URL work done correctly. Quick Googling helped me realize that the URL’s of the images were pointing to localhost and the incorrect IP address. On the images it was easy because you could go to advanced setting and just change it to the correct domain name, HOWEVER! I’m losing my mind, when I view source on the home page I can see where the body.custom-background is pointing to the IP address and I just need to the pointer URL to the domain address for it to work. For the LIFE of me I can’t find where to change those URL’s for the custom-background and custom-header. I’m not a developer and have very poor skills with CSS or HTML but enough experience as a Sys Admin to find where it’s wrong. I just don’t know how to change it. Can someone help me :)?

    Thanks,
    Ian

  • Probably be easier just to re-upload the files in the admin panel from the live site the same way you did before it was live.
