External business ID is missing, not solved

Hello @dynamicdevotion,

Hello everyone, after a migration and trying to reconnect your plugin I find the error “External business ID is missing”.

Have you tried removing the WooCommerce integration from Facebook as mentioned in this guide before reconnecting?

If that didn’t help, kindly attach the following so we can look further into this:

• A screenshot of any errors/behaviours you encounter when connecting your account, you can use Snipboard.
  
• A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
  
• It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

The error actually originates from the Genisi plugin, and it doesn’t seem related to the problem. You can get in touch with its author for assistance.

Since this is a connection issue, security/caching plugins might play a role in blocking certain incoming/outgoing requests, thereby causing problems.

I suggest you start by disabling Wordfence, if that doesn’t help, please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce/Facebook integration while activating the default Storefront theme.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
