    Is there a premium version of the plugin where the author links open in a new tab? More specifically, I’m trying to ensure that for Instagram profiles in their bio link it opens in a new tab. Thank you

    No, we don’t have that option ??

    We do have another plugin, WP Links ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-external-links/ ) which has a PRO version and we do have it on our ToDo list to add support for targeting links inside specific elements of the page (like in the authorbox in this case). You can contact the WP Links PRO team through the website, https://getwplinks.com/ and tell them you would be interested and they can update you on the progress. This forum is only for the free plugins so we can’t discuss any PRO features.
