External links still using HTTPS

I have the Ignore external sites checkbox checked and Capture All option on but my WordPress site still puts https:// in the front of all external links.

I’m using iThemes Security but have the SSL option disabled from that plugin.

I tried disabling ALL other plugins and having only SSL Insecure Content active but it won’t work…
