External Links to an Intermediate Page

  • Hi, guys quick question, is there a plugin that allows me to send certain external links to an intermediate page? A page that tells the visitors that s/he are about to leave the website with a link to continue and return to last page? I’m looking a plugin that allows this kind of behavior but not sure is this exists,

    Any idea?
