External photos in a page

I’m running https://jeisa-chiminazzo.com/ and I usually posts photos hosted at Photobucket within a post. They’re usually clickable thumbnails which lead to the original-sized photo link. I want the thumbnail to lead to an internal page with the external photos. Is there a plugin for this?
