External stylesheet loading but not getting utilized in Firefox

I’m putting together a theme for https://www.sarcastictimes.com

The theme is not finished, but I have an issue that I’d like to get solved before going further with development. The site just got hacked, and I had to re-upload files and start again. Before we were hacked, my theme was working across the board in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. Now, however, I can only get the stylesheet to load and be utilized in Chrome.

Using Firebug, I can see that the stylesheet is actually loading up for the site, but for some reason, only the reset coding at the beginning of the stylesheet is being utilized.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this?
