External Video Branding Is Not Hidden.

    Hello, I recently upgraded to Tutor LMS 2.2.4, I was very excited to test the new feature mentioned in the changelog that allows the user to hide the video branding and play a video on Tutor LMS.

    However, I have been unable t o find any option in the settings to hide the branding of the Youtube Video that I am linking, Neither is it working on the Vimeo Videos.

    I’m correctly selecting the Youtube Or Video Option in the settings and have turned the Use Tutor Player For Youtube feature on aswell, But it still loads the YT video in Youtube player with branding,

    Any known fixes?

    This feature will work the Tutor LMS Pro. I think you are using the Tutor LMS free version. That’s why this feature is not working on your website.

    Hello,

    I’m using the Tutor LMS Pro Dear, why else would I ask for help if I didn’t have the Pro version.

    1. Both of my Tutor LMS plugins are updated.
    2. I have tried removing cache
    3. I have selected the right Tutor Player option in settings
