If you’re keen to use a hook, have a look at the excellent Hook.io Plugin to get a visual guide on which hooks are available for you to use ??

You can add a button to that area using this hook: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/content-single-product.php#L65. Probably want a priority of 35 or so.

Adding the button is the easier part though. If you need to change this link out on a per-product basis, you will need to code a custom text box in the product admin area.
