Extra characters added to destination URL

I enter the “request” URL and the “destination” URL correctly, but when I test the redirect the destination url has a bunch of extra characters on it so it delivers a 404. I have no idea how to remedy this.
destination URL is https://mariamizzi.com/gravity-landing/work-day-energy-guide/
but becomes https://mariamizzi.com/gravity-landing/work-day-energy-guide/%20%E2%80%8E
Any ideas?
